Hi

I was checking  my standard 293 cells today, however I found that in all three 175cm flasks (same conditions) the cells arenot growing on the top right hand corner of the flask (i.e. very sparse), however they seem to grow frine everywhere else. Has anyone had this before, this seems very wierd, and the cells look fine but just are sparse on the top right of each flask?

Check that your incubator shelves are level... it could be that the medium is not covering the corner as the flasks are tilted in the incubator.
