Hi,
Please let me know any protocol where we can isolate fungal DNA without the use of liquid nitrogen?
Any suggestion would be very helpful.

Dear Jag,
Using CTAB method will do. Try to get the mycelium rather than the spores if you are dealing with ascomycetes.
