Hey
for some flourescence-measurements with Rhodamine 123 in adherente Cells i need max. high intracellular concentrations of Rhodamine 123.
I tried different influx times of 15 min, 20 min, 30 min, 40 min, 50 min and 60 min
and final concentrations of 10-20 uM.
For some reasons the influx is not significant higher with the higher influx phase and not really higher with the higher Concentration......
Is there any posibility to enhance the influx?
how about a hunger-medium? could that help?
