Hi,


I need to use real-time PCR diagnostics kit that recommend to Rotor-Gene and LightCyclers 2.0 system.

But I have Rio-Rad CXF90 system. Does this kit can use in CXF90 system?

The strengths of Rotor-GeneQ and LightCycler 2.0 are individual sample tube and they have rapid heating and cooling system.

Does the special dye have to use for CFX90, when I use master mix from another company?
