Hello all,

I know that different machines have their own unique recommendations on the use of ROX as a passive reference.  The ABI software is set up to require ROX normalization and some others can go either way.  It seems like a worthwhile control for many applications, yet many of the more recent intsruments are saying it is not necessary.  What is the current opinion out there as to the utility of ROX normalization?
