Just wondering if the miRcury LNA microRNA probes in vitro are same as in vivo probes? can we use them interchangeabily?

Just to share the info, I talked to exiquon representative and he said they are basically designed in different ways. However there are some scientists who tried in vitro LNAs in vivo and could find some success but in vivo LNAs can not be used in vitro.
