Hi
is there any preferance for commercial plasmid purification kits? can I use usual plasmid purifications like molecular biology grade qiaprep mini kit or I should transfection grade qiagen kits that are more expensive?

i use the normal Qiagen kit and it works fine for me.

Yes, classic maxi prep from Qiagen works like a charm.
