Hi.

I'm preparing a protocol to use this week. I will use nonyl acridine orange (NAO) to measure mitochondrial mass. I was reading some papers and a doubt came to my mind. In some papers the authors have done the NAO incubation at room temperature, while in other papers the incubation was done at 37º C...   :D    Is there anyone with experience on this?

Thanks!
