Hi.

I'm preparing a protocol to use this week. I will use nonyl acridine orange (NAO) to measure mitochondrial mass. I was reading some papers and a doubt came to my mind. In some papers the authors have done the NAO incubation at room temperature, while in other papers the incubation was done at 37º C...       Is there anyone with experience on this?
