Hi, I need some help
I have found some problems using 18s as a HKG in my primary cultures. I’m using some PKA activators and inhibitors and checking its effects we realized that ef-α was strongly affected by our treatments. We decided to perform qPCR using 18s, and we detected also strong differences between controls and treated groups. 18s is supposed to be a god HKG but in our model, we can’t normalized with it.
Someone knows a better option for ovary?
