I have worked earlier on the pGL3 vectors but am new to pGL4.
I will be ligating the promoter region of my gene of interest into the vector & then perform a dual luciferase assay. Earlier I have tried it in pGL3 Basic.
I am having trouble figuring out which pGL4 vector to choose.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hello Sankella,
The pGL4 vector that has similar features to pGL3-Basic is pGL4.10. There are also other options if you want selectable markers, but if you just want to switch to the new luciferase gene and improved vector, pGL4.10 is the choice.
Hope this helps.
