I have worked earlier on the pGL3 vectors but am new to pGL4.
I will be ligating the promoter region of my gene of interest into the vector & then perform a dual luciferase. Earlier I have tried it in pGL3 Basic.
I am having trouble figuring out which pGL4 vector to choose.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hi Sankella,

Welcome to the forums. You may wanna post again your query in the Methods section----Molecular Biology/Cloning subforums (it's a bit "heavy" to be discussing it here in chitchat....:D) or you can ask one of the moderators- HomeBrew or Phage to move it for you. Goodluck.
