I want to use a in-vitro expression system for fast and high-thoughput protein expression.....

but these kit are quite expensive.....

do you know which one is the best ?

I'm using Ambion mMessage machine for RNA transcription and promega rabbit reticulocyte lysate system for in vitro translation. I've used it three times and got mixed results. I don't know if the problem lies with transcription or translation or my technique. Anyway my bit of opinion though.
