Dear friends
Im trying to predict the 3d structure of a protein wit its sequence ( protein sequence) using the SWISS-MODEL . But there are no suitable templates for the modelling process.
What do i do...are there any bioinformatic tools that predict the protein structure the sequence as input?

Look for methods offering a "threading" approach.  You could use something like GenThreader @ ucl.ac.uk to find a potential template and pass that to SWISS-DV (I think you can do that).
