Hi,

I plan to do a cell adhesion assay (non flurescent) soon for my parental cell line and cell line transfected with gene of interest.  I have no experience doing this and thus all suggestions would be welcomed.

I have recently ordered collagen but can someone share with me on how to pre treat the plates with collagen and ths standard procedure to carry out the assay.
