Hi All,Is it possible to blot large DNA fragments using electro blotting? I used a 6% native PAGE with depurination. My fragment size is ~10kb. Do you think size does matter?!I used the biorad apparatus.It didnt work of course.If the DNA can move down, why cant it move across? Any thoughts?
