[ChIP-beginner]

Hi, I am a newbie in ChIP field, and I had big trouble with ChIPing the polycomb proteins (ezh2 and suz12) in cancer cells. Does anyone have experience in ChIPing these proteins? And especially, what are the best positive sites for these proteins?
