Hi Friends,

I am working in Pseudomonas denitrificans. I am trying to transform pUCP19, the E. coli and pseudomonas shuttle vector. The size of the vector with my genes is 11 kb. I couldnot transform the plasmid in P. denitrificans. Anybody knows the protocol to transform plasmid in P. denitrificans. If anybody help me, it will be great for my research.
