I want to ask if adding anti fundus to MS media during doing plabt tissue culture can affect the culture in any way??

Yes, things that are toxic to fungi are usually toxic to other eukaryotic cells as well. Culture is best if you do not add any antibiotics of antimycotics.

I was trying to do the culture without adding antifungus for 2months and I was failure............
I will try the antifungus and see the results???
