I have tissue culture plates with flat bottom for suspension culture from Jet Biofil. Can i use these plates for adherent cancer cell lines or is there any treatment that i should do to make plates adherent so cells will adhere.

many adherent cell lines can be cultured in ordinary plates without any need to special treatment of the plate.
