Hi all!
I have covered my plates with poly-D-lysine and poly-ornithine, washed, dried and...after a visit to animal facilities discovered that my mouse pups are not old enough (they looked as they will be just right too days before). So I have to push neuron culture preparation for three days (weekend is coming). Will my poly-lys and ornithine plates survive at +4C or should I make a fresh plates?
