I have three blots.  One with beta-actin, one with phosph AKT and AKT.  Right now I'm having trouble with the beta-actin.  On the blot it looks as if every lane has three seperate bands.  I've used this specific beta-actin on other blots and it works fine.  It is a polyclonal antibody.  I'm not sure what to do next.  Should I re-hybridize and see if it was just a fluke or should I just rerun the gel? Oh and the PhophoAKT and AKT show little to no binding (but, didn't want to open up that can of worms just yet)
