Hi,

I'm new to plasma mRNA levels. I 'd like to know if there is any correlation between tissue and plasma mRNA levels. E.g. if a gene has reduced mRNA at the tisue level than does it also imply redued circulating mRNA? Has anyoen heard of a gene whose tissue mRNA expression is low, but has high circulating mRNA?

Any references would be appreciated
