Dear alli need advice from every one who has exprince about cytokines stored after collection from supernatant of cell culture(monocytes) untill mesaurment by ELISA.
can i store the supernatant which contain cytokines at -80 oC or -20 oC?

-20 should be fine. However, be very careful to minimize freeze thaws or your cytokines will crap out!
