Is there any way i get rid of coomassie blue stain from my electroeluted protein?

hai,
instead of coomassie brilliant blue for staining during electroelution
u can use CuCl2 (cupric chloride) for negative staining
which stains the whole gel except the protein and destain by
tris and edta
all the best
