Hi
I'm looking for some general knowledge on pri-miRNA. If pri-miRNA has a poly-A tail, is it possible to convert this the traditional way to cDNA? I suspect a ncRNA on the opposite strand of my gene and wondered if the pri form lasts any length of time to be able to detect it in this way.
