i'm working with thylakoid protein complexes.almost all literature regarding PAGE of thylakoid proteins is reported loading samples on a chlorophill basis.i would like to work on a protein basis, which could make my experiments more reliable and easily comparable.biorad protein determination kit (bradford) is reported to be not reliable with membrane protein.is someone able to suggest me any solution?
thanks a lot in advance

Dear Friend,Regarding your research, I am also finding the average size of a chlorophill molecule and whether chlorophill is able to pass thro a semipermeable membrane.
please reply if you are aware.
thanks
