Hi. I'm deriving hematopoietic stem cells in vitro. I've to maintain the concentration of 10 millions cells/mL and I need to take aliquots daily because I want to measure some markers expression like a kinetics. I would like to know if I have to add more fresh medium instead the cells containing medium and if you know some tips for aliquoting.
