I am writing to ask about how to study histone methylation because i am going to examine if H3 is hypermethylated. I know that there's specific antibodies against methylated H3.
Can anyone help me in what protocol should beused and how to decide in analysis that H3 is hypermethylated or not (Is there a need for control here) ?
