Hi,

just to make sure: if I want to bisulphite sequence the reverse strand of my piece of DNA I can just design the primers according to the reverse complement of my forward strand, right?

yes the reverse complement of the forward strand PRIOR to mock bisulphite conversion.

ie: take your original genomic DNA sequence, reverse complement and THEN mock bisulphite treat using find and replace in word.
