Hi there,

I've done ELISA for p53 measrment, and i was looking for papers that had used the same kit as mine.. inorder to take the methodology from the... I used this kit "DuoSet IC, Human total p53" Cat # DYC1043-5.

Can anyone provide me with papers that has the methodology written in them... pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease

do you mean that you don't have the procedure sheet that comes with the kit?

No, i do have it.. but I didn't know how to write in a breif way for my thesis... i wrote the rest my methodology and this one is remaining.. i don't know why i don't know how to write it ??????

if it's for your thesis then why be brief?

if, however, you wish to be brief then truncate instructions that go into too much detail (eg- "wash 3 times with...", no need to tell how to add buffer to wells and aspirate to remove it).
