Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone can help. I am trying to identify whether my gene of interest contains an iron-responsive 1 element (RE1). I found a publication with a short sequence for that element and blasted it, but I think that's very limited.. I am sure there are variations in the RE1 motif but im not sure how to go about it.. Ideas?
