I'd like to do my own sybr green mix with Taq gold polymerase and Sybr green 1 (purchased 10 000x in DMSO). I used to run my qPCR on CFX96, did someone do it before? Do you have any advices?

Hi
I tried a run wit Sybr at 0.5X on CFX96. There was no detection of fluorescence. I'll try again with different Sybr dilutions.

Generally SYBR green is done at 1X final dye concentration.

Hopefully all the other conditions are fine for smplification.. that u must have already checked!!!
