hello, I m thinking in working with isolated alveolar macrophages in vitro. I want to isolate alveolar macrophages from bronchoalveolar lavage of mice (BAL) but I don't have a protocol to isolate them and stablish a cell culture. I dont know if someone can pass me a good protocol to do that.
