Hallo there,
We are attempting to dissolve methylcholanthrene in corn oil (100mg/100ml) concentration to inject into C57BL/6 or black 6 mice.
a) The problem remains that the compound doesnt dissolve completely. Should we heat in water bath or do something else to dissolve it completely?
And is it possible to store dissolved solution for future use. If so how long?
