protocol of glycine elution gradient

Hello all, I am going to elute my protein complex from the antibody covalently binding to the proteinA beads. one protocol recommended to use glycine elution gradient. I am not quite familiar with this techniques, does anybody have a protocol? thanks :rolleyes:

might help..
or tere are many apication notes in pharmacia site... u just need to give a gradient of the glycine buffer.. depending on the affinity, the protein will elute
