Hi,

The protocol of Qiagen's miRNeasy kit recommends the use of chloroform without added isoamyl alcohol. Can anyone reccomend which type of chloroform I can use? Amylenes and ethanol is added for stabilising the solution but can 0.5-1% harm the protocol?
