Cell Cycle analysis of proliferating lymphocytes

How many cells % do you expect in S and G2/M phase for stimulated lymphocytes ( i.e. ConA 4 ug/ml) ?
Do you have any plots/histograms?

Depends...Could be 80% in S for example.
