Why don't you just get it from Molecular Probes?

I recently purchased polymyxin B, Texas RedŽ-X conjugate from Molecular Probes in order to stain e. coli cell membrane. I'm looking for a protocol for its use so if you know one or know someone who has used this stain, please contact me via email.thanks.
