Could someone send me Most Propable Numbers table for 5-fold dilutions (500μl-->2500μl), and three replicates (tubes) for each dilution? Is there any software available for this most propable number estimation?
(I allready have MPN table for 10-fold dilution and 3 or 5 tubes per dilution)
