Hi,
I transfected Colo205 that grow in suspension. I realized these cells are very hard to transfect. Transfection efficiency is as low as 0.1%. Has any one transfected these cells before? After transfection in serum free medium , to get rid of the lipid (transfecting reagent), is it advisable to spin down the cells and resuspend them in regular media, or should I directly add media after 5-6 hrs of transfection?
