Im trying to type my C. glabrata isolates using MLST ..... Can anyone please quote a reference that gives the exact amplicon size of the six housekeeping genes FKS, LEU2, NMT1, TRP1, UGP1 and URA3 that we amplify and subsequently sequence ....
