A maybe dumb question. For the hybridisation buffer tRNA (torula yeast RNA) is one of the components and I've bought powdered tRNA from Sigma.... How do I make it up? I've found web pages that say that I should digest it with proteinase K and extract using phenol chlorofom before I can use it. Is this necessary?
