Hi to all,

Does anybody have a protocol to isolate proteins from red blood cell? I tried an Erythrocyte Fractionation protocol (http://www.ruf.rice....ge/gellab1.html) however it was messy and the results were unreliable. I tried again with heparin tubes to avoid red cell agglutination, but I still did not get reliable protein extracts. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
