Hi,

I've been searching the last couple of days for an antibody to endogenous IL-1B that recognizes human and rat and can be used in ICC and Western Blotting and has preferably been raised in either rabbit or mouse. Just wondering if anyone has come across an antibody, because I've really only found one from Santa Cruz, a company which we haven't had too much success with in the past. I've checked the references they have on the product page and they only all seem to have used the antibody for WB. Just checking if anyone has used an IL-1B antibody successfully for ICC in the past that might be able to point me in the right direction.
