Does anyone have any experience in choosing qRT-PCR housekeeping genes for neuronal cultures? We already have tried b-actin and GAPDH but are not happy with them so thinking of trying some others... any info would be of great help!

An isoform of beta-tubulin may work well, 1 or 3 especially.
