Is the Eppendorf Realplex2 a good real time PCR machine? Please let me know your opinion. Thank you.

i have been doing my qPCR in eppendorf machines only and it works fine for me. i havn't had any problems.

I ve used Roche and ABI and i feel real time machines are all fine.. only if our requirements are too specific we need to choose.. or else we can go with the best bargain system (unless u getting a system where u cant choose)!!!
