hi all,

i'm looking for a compound that is able to block DNA replication in human cell, can be a nucleotide analogue or some other compound. the best one it would be a compound that is incorporated into the DNA during replication and after incorporation the replication fork is not able to go on anymore or the remove the compound..

someone can help me out???

5-Fluoro-5′-deoxyuridine may work. Sigma sells it, among others.
