I would like to know if there is any protocol available for transfection of HL 60 cells.
and would like to know how many days will it takes to make a stable cell line

i used genepulser electropotration for generating stable hl60 clone. it is time consuming process compared to adherent cells. basically the selection is done for first 10-15 days (say 3-6 passage) dont lose any cell during this..... and goe for a facs sorting (ofcourse cell with gfp/rfp)
i tried to attach them of matir, and many ecms, but hard luck. but sorted cells looks and works good untill now for me
