what is MWCO?

MWCO refers to molecular weight cut off, so MWCO cellulose refers to a cellulose ultrafiltration membrane with a certain cut off.

When we say 'cellulose with MWCO of 10,000Daltons',I know MW mean molecular weight,but what CO stands for?thanks
