Help,
I am having problem getting my plasmid DNA in expression strain to grow.
The same plasmid grew on plates(Amp) while amplified earlier on in XL1blue, it just would not grow when transformed in Rosde3pLyss and plated on Cam/Amp plate. I have ran controls using PUC 19 which could grow just fine.
The weird thing is that the same plasmid could grow when transformed into BL21 (amp plate) and BL21RIL (Cam/amp plate)
Any ideas?
